White chicken enchiladas



Easy, easy and delicious! Tortilla stuffed with chicken, sauce, cheese... Honestly guys, I loved this recipe, you should definitely try it, it's worth it



* Ingredients :


°8 to 10 flour tortillas (about size of a fine taco).

°2 c cooked and shredded chicken.

° cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

°2 tablespoons of butter.

°3 tablespoons of flour.

°2 cups of chicken broth.

°1 cup sour cream.

°1 4 oz green chili, diced.


*How to make:


Combine chicken with 1 cup of cheese, roll in tortillas, and place in a sprinkled 9×13 saucepan (seam side down).

Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat, then add the flour and cook for 1 minute. Add the broth and whisk until the sauce thickens.

As soon as the sauce becomes thick, turn off the heat, add the sour cream and hot pepper, and stir until the ingredients are combined.

Pour the sauce over the enchiladas and cover with the remaining cheese.

In an oven preheated to 350 degrees, bake for 20-25 minutes.
