Stovetop meatloaf recipe


° 1 stove top filler package)

° 1 cup hot water

- 2 packages of stock mixture (one for the inside of the meatloaf, one for the top)

° 1.5 pounds of ground beef

1 cup cold water

2 large eggs, scrambled


In a medium-sized bowl, add the filling mixture and 1 cup of hot water.

Let the filling rest for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in another medium bowl, mix 1 pkg broth with 1 cup cold water.

Add minced meat and eggs and mix well

After the filling has rested for 5 minutes, stir the filling mixture with the ground beef mixture.

Grease a tubular bowl with nonstick spray, then press the ground beef mixture into the skillet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until the pink color inside is gone.

Once cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes, then flip the pan onto a plate.

Served with mashed potatoes and gravy in the center of a meatloaf.
