Meatloaf recipe


+For the meatloaf:
°225 g  semi-lean ground beef
°225 g ground veal
°250 ml crumbled cheese curds
°80 ml cooking rolled oats
°60 ml parmesan
°30 ml chopped basil
°30 ml chopped parsley
°7.5 ml minced garlic
°1 beaten egg
°1/2 chop onion
°salt and pepper to taste
+For sauce:
°180 ml marinara sauce
°60 ml ketchup
°30 ml brown sugar


Preheat oven 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, placing meatloaf ingredients. Mix with your fingertips, until a homogeneous consistency is obtained, taking care not to compress the mixture.
Placing mixture in 20 cm x 10 cm (8 in x 4 in) loaf pan. Level the surface.
In another bowl, mix the marinara sauce with the ketchup and brown sugar. Pour over the meatloaf. Bake for 45 minutes.
