Mama's Chicken Roll

Mama's Chicken Roll

*Ingredients :

°2 large chicken breasts

°1 can rolls crescent

°1 10.5 oz. Chicken Cream Soup

°Half a can of soup broth (use what the chicken is cooked in)...

°1/2 can of milk soup

°1 T. All-purpose flour

°6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

°Pinch of salt and pepper

*Methods:

Put the chicken in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium and let the chicken cook completely. Remove the chicken (except for the broth). When it has cooled enough to remove the chicken from the bone and peel it, set it aside. Whisk the soup with the broth, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Put a little cheese on top of the dough and at the larger end put a good pile of chicken. Roll up and place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Repeat with remaining. Once everything is in the dish, pour the soup mixture around each one and sprinkle it a little over the tops (not too much). Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes, then remove, sprinkle with a little cheese and return to the oven for 5 minutes. Leave for a few minutes before serving, and the soup mixture will thicken like broth.

Enjoy !
