Mac and cheese


°16 ounces cauliflower, cut into pasta-sized pieces
°Half a cup of heavy cream
°2 oz cream cheese
°1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
°1/3 c Monterey Jack cheese
°Half a teaspoon of ground mustard
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°teaspoon crushed pepper


Bring pot of water to a boil. Add cauliflower pieces and boil for 5 minutes.
Draining water and returning cauliflower to pot on low heat.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well until the cheese is completely melted, about 3 minutes.
