FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE



*INGREDIENTS


°Brioche or toast 6 slices
°Egg 2
°Milk 10cl
°Sugar 2 tbsp
°Butter

*PREPARATION

Coarsely beat the two eggs with the milk and sugar in a deep plate. Cut the toast in half diagonally.

Quickly dip the half-toasts in the mixture thus obtained (if you leave them too long, they may crumble).

Sear them on your largest pan in which you have placed a knob of butter, about 1 minute on each side.
4Serve, the first batch is ready, continue with the next.
To finish
For an original presentation, do not hesitate to cut your slices of French toast with cookie cutters in the shape of small hearts.
