Cabbage soup




* Ingredients :

°1 onion (or 1 leek)
°2 cloves
°100 g half-salted bacon bits
°1 tbsp coarse salt
°1 tsp pepper
°1 well-headed green cabbage

STEP 1

In a pressure cooker, brown the bacon bits and the sliced onion (or the leek); when they are well melted add 2 l to 2.5 liters of water, salt, pepper, 2 cloves;

2ND STEP
2 bay leaves (optional) and cabbage cut into strips. Put under pressure and cook for 2 hours.

STEP 3
Serve very hot with pepper if you like very spicy
