1 hour cinnamon rolls




*Ingredients


+dough:

°1. Mix and leave for 15 minutes:

°3 1/2 c. warm water

°3/4 c. Sugar

°1/2 c. oil

°6 T yeast (4 1/2 Saf-Furry)

°2. Then add:

°1 T. Salt

°3 eggs

°10 1/2 c. flour

°3. Mix them together for 10 minutes, then sit for 10 minutes.

°4. Oil cabinet (do not use flour), throw out the dough. Split in half.


* Methods 


5. Press half out into the rectangle. Spread with ¼ c. Melt the butter, then mix with cinnamon and sugar. 6. Roll up tightly, but not too tight.

7. Divide into 12 rolls and place on a greased cookie sheet.

8. Repeat the process with the other half of the dough. Let's go up.

9. Baking for 12-15 mn at 400.


+Cinnamon sugar:


°1 c. Sugar

°1 T. cinnamon


+frost:

°1 butter cube

°2 dashes of salt

°2 t. vanilla

°6 c. soft sugar

°milk


Orange Rolls: Add concentrated orange juice to the regular garnish

Chocolate Rolls: Add baked cocoa and a few drops of water to the regular garnish

Cream Cheese Rolls: Add cream cheese to the regular garnish
