Chicken bread


°6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin on (about 5-6 ounces each)
° 2 tablespoons olive oil
° 2-3 teaspoons of chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
° Salt and pepper to taste


Heat oven 425 degrees F. Laying baking tray with tin foil & placing a baking rack on top.
Drying chicken skin with paper towel to remove any moisture.
Putting chicken in olive oil and season with spices, salt & pepper.
Placing on rack and bake for 35-40 min 
Roast 2-3 mn.
